1. Submit Form with your work specifications
To decide on a design for your new website, we begin working together. First you send us a request form, found at propoowork.com/quote

2. Free Quotation / Consultation
This submission includes your general specifications, information about your wishes for the site, any existing artwork can be uploaded, and any sample URLs of other sites whose design you admire. We will assign you an individual Designer to focus on your project.

3. Quotation Approval / Demo Deposit
In this stage, after you have approved your quote via email reply, an invoice will be sent to you. If you’re satisfied with your quote and would like us to get started on your website demo, an $89 “good faith” deposit is required. Don’t worry, the deposit is 100% refundable on your demo, if you are not satisfied. After you receive a link to your demo, you have 2 days to decide.

4. Phone consultation
Once we have received your “good faith” deposit, you will receive a phone call from one of our Design Team within 20 minutes. (we pride ourselves on our prompt and personal response to our customers) This call lasts from 15-30 minutes, and helps us better determine your goals for your site.

5. Demo Page
Within 24 hours of receiving your materials, we will present a design mockup of the home page. After you approve the quick draft of your work, the remainder of the first 50% deposit for the site is due.

6. First Payment
A deposit of 50% of the agreed-upon fee is required before design work can begin.
Accepted payment methods: Visa. Master card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

7. First Demo Revision
At this stage, review your demo home page and submit any requested changes and/or revisions. Revision requests should be submitted to your PROPOO Network Designer as a numbered list by email. You may request unlimited changes in one or two sets of emails.

6. Second Demo Revision
We review your list of requested changes and consult with you to clarify any questions, and also to make sure the changes are within the scope of the initial proposal.

7. Finalize Demo
PROPOO Network begins work on your revisions. Please note that once work has begun, the list of revisions cannot be altered. Therefore, you should review your changes carefully before submitting them.

8. Demo Accepted
At this stage, you review the revised demo and approve each numbered revision until the list is complete. Once an item has been approved, it cannot be revised again without incurring additional charges.

9. Implementation
Once you are satisfied with the demo page design, we will begin coding the actual HTML/CSS/PHP/Flash pages for your site. (depending on your site platform)

10. Revision of Final Web Page
(See steps 6 and 7 above.)

11. Final Approval
Once your project is completed, you will receive an "Approval of Completion" by email. In replying to the email to PROPOO Network, you agree that all work has been completed to your satisfaction. At this point, the remaining 50% of the agreed-upon proposal fee is due. PLEASE NOTE: If you are late in submitting your material; Final payment is still due on the day of the estimated time frame (whether your project is completed or not)

12. Submission to Search Engines
We will submit your website to the top 25 search engines to ensure that people can easily find your site on the Internet.
